Jonah Patrick Kakande aka Patrick Kakande (Born April, 25 2003) is a Ugandan Professional Footballer who currently plays for SC Villa as a striker who was recognized as the Most Valuable Player of the season 2023/24 in the Uganda Premier League, he also won Pilsner Man of the match accolade when SC Villa won against Busoga United 2:0 at Muteesa II Stadium Wankulukuku.[1][2]

Early life and education

He was born to Rose Namale (Mother) and Francis Ssebumpejje (Father).[3] He started his education from Mengo Primary School for his primary education, Rubaga Martyrs SS, Caltec SS and Kitovu for his secondary education.[3]

Football career

Jonah started his football career at Mydel Academy, Sparta 09 Academy, Rubaga Martyrs SS, Caltec SS, Kitovu before joining SC Villa.[3] He played 18 matches and scored 8 goals for SC Villa in the season 2023/24.[4]
