Joël-Denis Bellavance is a Canadian journalist. He has covered Parliament Hill since 1994 and serves as Ottawa bureau chief for La Presse since September 2003.[1][2]
In 2016 he received the Charles Lynch Award for his coverage of national affairs.[3][4]
He was one of the people the RCMP conducted unauthorized surveillance on.[5][6][7]
