Jiro Saito (businessman)

Jiro Saito (斎藤 次郎, Saitō Jirō; born 1936) is a Japanese official and businessman who was president and chief executive officer (CEO) of Japan Post Holdings. He was previously an official in the Ministry of Finance and was administrative vice minister from 1993 to 1995.[1]
