Hyphesma nukarnensis is a species of bee in the family Colletidae and the subfamily Euryglossinae. It is endemic to Australia. It was described in 1975 by Australian entomologist Elizabeth Exley.[1][2]

Distribution and habitat

The species occurs in south-west inland Australia. The type locality is Nukarni in the Wheatbelt region of Western Australia.[2]

Behaviour

The adults are flying mellivores. Flowering plants visited by the bees include Eucalyptus species.[2]
