Hyperion (data center)

32°28′38″N 91°37′56″W / 32.477149°N 91.632333°W / 32.477149; -91.632333Hyperion is an artificial intelligence data center being constructed by Meta Platforms in Richland Parish, Louisiana.[1] Hyperion is expected to use up to 5 gigawatts (GW) of computational power.[2]

The data center is noted for its size. The construction site spans 2,250 acres (9.1 km2).[3]

Hyperion is expected to become operational by 2030.[4]
