The Guinea men's national under-18 basketball team is a national basketball team of Guinea, administered by the Guinean Basketball Federation.[1][2][3][4] It represents the country in international under-18 men's basketball competitions.
At the 2020 FIBA U18 African Championship in Cairo, Egypt, the Guineans finished fourth. The team was coached by Željko Zečević who later became head coach of Guinea's senior team.[5]
