Grzbietnik (German: Finkenkoppe[2]) is a hill in the Otmuchów Depression in south-western Poland. With an elevation of 312 metres (1,024 ft), it the highest named elevation of the Otmuchów Depression.
Geography
Grzbietnik lies near Błotnica in the Gmina Złoty Stok, Ząbkowice Śląskie County, in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. The hill is located in the Otmuchów Depression mesoregion.[1][3][4]
Tourism
Grzbietnik appears in regional peak lists and in lists connected with the Korona Sudetów Polskich project.[3][4]
One published hiking account describes an ascent from the vicinity of Kamienica as a short route of around 1.07 km with only slight elevation gain.[3]
Because of the subdued relief of the Otmuchów Depression, some hiking sources note that the status of Grzbietnik as the representative highest point of the mesoregion is based mainly on list-making practice rather than on a widely established mountaineering tradition.[3]
