Gonzalo Millán (1 January 1947 – 14 October 2006) was a Chilean writer and poet.
Millán lived in exile in Canada and the Netherlands between 1973 and 1997. His most famous work, La ciudad (The City), was first published in Montreal in 1979 by Les Editions Maison Culturelle Québec-Amérique Latine, set up to publish Latin American writing in Canada.[1]
He was awarded the Pablo Neruda Foundation poetry prize in 1986.[1]
