The General Rate Act 1967 (c. 9) was an act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom that consolidated enactments relating to rating and valuation in England and Wales.[1]

Subsequent developments

The whole act was repealed by section 117(1) of the Local Government Finance Act 1988, which came into force on 1 April 1990.[3]
