Gamma Music

Gamma Music (Russian: Гамма Мьюзик) is a Russian record label specializing in digital distribution and intellectual property.[1] The company was founded in 2014 in Moscow. The label is part of the Zvonko Digital concern.[2]

The label's catalog consists of releases by domestic and foreign artists who produce works in various music genres, including hip-hop, pop, rock, rap, phonk, children's, dance, and electronic music.[3]

Activity

The company's activities include a wide range of services: uploading to major streaming platforms, placement on radio and TV, managing and monetizing YouTube channels, music production, legal support, and synchronization in films and TV series.[4]

The label collaborates with such artists as: Instasamka,[5] Ruki Vverh!, Xcho,[6][7] Big Baby Tape,[8][9] Aleks Ataman & Finik, Guf, Smoky Mo, Jasmin,[10] Suzanna, Gradusy,[11] and other industry stars and aspiring performers.[12]

The label distributes releases to streaming services VK Music, Yandex Music, Zvuk, MTS Music, OK, YouTube Music, and others. The company provides YouTube management and monetization services, pitches releases to editorial playlists, organizes special projects in collaboration with digital platforms and advertisers, and synchronizes music in films, TV series, podcasts, and shows.[13]

The label's activities also include placing music videos on TV channels (Zhara TV, Muz-TV, FON MUSIC, RU.TV, etc.) and singles on radio (Like FM, Zhara FM, Love Radio, Russkoye Radio, DFM, NRJ, Europa Plus).

A team of music producers, working with artists, creates works from scratch. The company's lawyers provide support to musicians in the field of copyright and related rights,[14] with the participation of accredited organizations for the collective management of copyright and related rights: the Russian Authors' Society, the All-Russian Intellectual Property Organization, and the Russian Union of Copyright Holders.[1]
