Fred Hennings (1895–1981) was an Austrian stage and film actor.[1] [2] Although active primarily in the theatre, he appeared in supporting roles in a number of films over the decades. A committed Nazi, he had joined the Austrian Nazi Party in the early 1930s, when it was then illegal.[3] In 1977 he was awarded the Ring of Honour of the City of Vienna.
