Francis William Seabury (1868-1946)[1] was an American attorney and politician. He was the Speaker of the Texas House of Representatives from 1905 to 1907 during the 29th Texas Legislature and served a total of four terms in the Texas Legislature, from 1895 to 1899 and from 1901 to 1907.[1][2]
