Fabiana de Lima Barroso (born 10 April 1993), better known as Fabiana Bolsonaro, is a Brazilian politician who has been a member of the Legislative Assembly of São Paulo since 2023.[1] From 2021 to 2023, she was deputy mayor of Barrinha.[2] She is the daughter of Adilson Barroso.[3]

Bolsonaro changed her surname during her 2022 election campaign to that of then President of Brazil, Jair Bolsonaro, who is not related to her.[4] The electoral court in her state prohibited her from using the surname, believing it to be misleading to the electorate; her name appeared on the ballot as "Fabiana B".[5][6] Several candidates in other states, all also members of the Liberal Party, were also prohibited from taking his surname.[5] She also changed her self-declared race from white to parda (mixed), a decision that would result in her party receiving more from the Party Fund if elected.[4] She received R$1,593.33 from the fund.[7]

On 18 March 2026, during a state assembly session, Bolsonaro applied blackface. She said that she was white and could not understand how it is to be black, arguing that the same logic meant that trans women could not understand how it is to be women. She criticised the appointment of Erika Hilton, a trans woman, as president of the federal Commission for the Defence of Women's Rights.[8]
