Erzgebirge 1 is an electoral constituency (German: Wahlkreis) represented in the Landtag of Saxony. It elects one member via first-past-the-post voting. Under the constituency numbering system, it is designated as constituency 12. It is within the district of Erzgebirgskreis [2].

Geography

The constituency comprises the towns of Lugau, Oelsnitz, Stollberg, and Thalheim, and the districts of Amtsberg, Auerbach, Burkhardtsdorf, Gornsdorf, Hohndorf, Jahnsdorf, Neukirchen, Niederdorf, and Niederwürschnitz within Erzgebirgskreis.

There were 56,630 eligible voters in 2024 [3].
