Elliot Carr
Elliot Carr was a fictional hero of a series of Australian novels written in the 1960s for Horwitz Publications. Elliot Carr was an agent for International and Metropolitan Police Air Control (Impact). The novels were written by James Workman under the pseudonym, "James Dark", a house name for several authors at Horwitz Publications. [1][2][3][4]
The novels:
- Impact (1962) by James Workman (as "James Dark" - Elliot Carr investigates the murders of at least two IMPACT agents. He uncovers Operation Decapitation, a Russian plot to wipe out the leaders of all Western countries at the same time.
- Havoc! (1962) by James Workman (as "James Dark") - Elliot Carr investigates a murder which leads him to a scientist involved in rocket testing in Australia.
