The Education Act 1921 (11 & 12 Geo. 5. c. 51) was an act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom that consolidated enactments related to education and the employment of children and young persons in England and Wales.

Subsequent developments

The whole act was repealed by section 121 of, and part I of the ninth schedule to, the Education Act 1944 (7 & 8 Geo. 6. c. 31), which came into force on 1 April 1945.[3]
