Plot
Marek, a strong and quirky basketball coach fails to get his team into the second national league. He would rather quit coaching but his son Šimon has a mental disability and dreams of playing basketball for the national team at the Paralympics. Marek decides to make this dream come true but is unable to assemble a sufficiently large and suitable team of players who also meet the Paralympic parameters. His neighbor and unsuccessful theater director Daniel suggests him a curious plan - assemble a team of healthy basketball players who would pretend to be mentally disabled. Daniel convinces Marek that this is the only way for them to succeed and make it to the Paralympic Games in Rio, Brazil. It's unethical, but Marek only thinks about making Šimon, his son, happy. Thus the team full of fake handicapped athletes soon heads to Rio. It's only under the hot Brazilian sun that Marek realizes how much trouble he's getting into and that this "turn in life" will be very difficult to take.
