Donald Doucet Youth Centre (DDYC) is a provincial juvenile detention centre in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada, that opened in 2008. It takes offenders between the ages 12 and 17. It was named in honour of Constable Donald Doucet, a Sault Ste. Marie Police officer killed in the line of duty.[2][3][4]

It was named in a class action lawsuit over prolonged isolation as well as 8 other juvenile detention centers in Ontario.[5][6]

On May 21, 2024 there was an assault that resulted in a 17-year-old and an 18-year-old being charged with one count each of assault causing bodily harm.[7]
