José Diogo Bessa Rocha Ferreira (born 16 January 1999) is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays as a left-back for Campeonato de Portugal club Vilaverdense.

Club career

Bessa made his LigaPro debut for FC Porto B on 19 April 2019 in a game against Sporting Covilhã.[1]

On 31 August 2021, he joined Spanish fourth-tier club La Nucía.[2]

On 5 December 2023, Bessa moved to the Czech Republic, joining third-divison side Znojmo.[3]

On 21 January 2025, Bessa returned to Portugal, signing for Campeonato de Portugal club SC Pombal.[4] One year later, he joined Vilaverdense, of the same division.[5]
