Cil (singer)

Cecilia Webber known as Cil is an American singer-songwriter. Based in Los Angeles, she has opened for Stevie Nicks[1] and Dua Lipa.[2] She has recorded two EPs: Tears Dry On Their Own (2023)[3] and don't hold me accountable (2025).[4] She is from Fort Collins, Colorado.[1]
