Christopher Ezeafulukwe is a Nigerian business executive. He is the Managing Director/CEO of Transcorp Energy. He was previously the Managing Director/CEO of Transcorp Power and Abuja Electricity Distribution Plc.[1][2]

Early life and education

Ezeafulukwe was born in Nigeria in 1970. He holds a LL.B degree from the University of Lagos, a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, and an LL.M from the University of Lagos.[3] He also holds an LL.M in Energy, Environmental & Natural Resources Law from the University of Houston. Ezeafulukwe is also an alumnus of Lagos Business School and IESE Business School.[4]

Career

Ezeafulukwe was appointed executive director, Business Development and Legal at Transnational Corporation in June 2018.[5] Before Transcorp Group, he was the company secretary of Bank PHB Plc (now Keystone Bank Limited).[6]

He was appointed as the MD/CEO of Abuja Electricity Distribution in August 2023 before being the Managing Director/CEO of Transcorp Energy.[7][8]
