Chelae (Thrace)

Chelae or Chelai (Ancient Greek: Χῆλαι), also called Philemporos, was a town of ancient Thrace on the Bosphorus, inhabited during Roman and Byzantine times.[1]

Its site is located near Bebek in European Turkey.[1][2]
