Cavco Industries, Inc. is an American company that manufactures modular homes, Recreational vehicle (RVs), vacation cabins, and manufactured homes.[1] The company operates through a network of manufacturing facilities and retail locations across the United States. Cavco is Headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona.[2]
History
Cavco Industries was founded in 1965 in the United States as a manufacturer of factory-built housing.[3] Over the years, the company has grown its reach and operations by acquiring a number of companies, namely, Fleetwood Enterprises in 2009[4] and Palm Harbor Homes in 2011.[5] In subsequent years, Cavco continued its growth by acquiring more manufactured-housing brands and related businesses.
