Caroline Ladagnous (born 22 September 1988) is a French rugby union player. She represented France at the 2010 Women's Rugby World Cup. She was named in the squad to the 2014 Women's Rugby World Cup[1]

Ladagnous was named in the French women's sevens team for the 2016 Summer Olympics.[2][3][4]

She is the sister of retired racing cyclist Mathieu Ladagnous.[5]
