Carlos Sánchez Mejías was a Chilean politician and member of the Confederation of Civic Republican Action (CRAC). He served as a deputy representing the Ninth Departamental Grouping of Maipo, Rancagua and Cachapoal during the 1930–1934 legislative period.[1][2]
Political career
Sánchez Mejías was elected deputy for the Ninth Departamental Grouping of Maipo, Rancagua and Cachapoal for the 1930–1934 legislative period through electoral arbitration.[2]
During his tenure he served on the Permanent Commission on Finance and as substitute member of the Permanent Commission on Foreign Relations.[2]
The 1932 Chilean coup d'état led to the dissolution of the National Congress on 6 June 1932.[2]
