Carlos D'Ambrosio (born 5 February 2007) is an Italian swimmer.[2] He competed in the men's 4 × 200-metre freestyle relay event at the 2024 Summer Olympics. He won a silver medal at the 2025 World Aquatics Championships in the men's 4 × 100 m freestyle relay, swimming a 47.96 split and becoming the youngest ever Italian swimmer to break the 48 second barrier.[3] He also captured golds in both the 100m and 200m freestyle races at the 2025 World Aquatics Junior Swimming Championships setting a championship record in the latter length.[4] In addition to the two golds, he also won bronze in the individual 50 m freestyle event and three silvers and a bronze in the relays.[5]
