Bole

Bole may refer to: Bole (specifically Port Harcourt Bole) is a popular Nigerian street food originating from the Niger Delta region, most notably associated with the city of Port Harcourt. It consists of charcoal-roasted plantain served with grilled fish (usually mackerel) and a signature spicy palm oil sauce.
