Ben Oliver (born 17 December 1996) is a New Zealand racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Continental team Whoosh–NZ Cycling Project.[2] In 2026, he will join UCI ProTeam Modern Adventure Pro Cycling.[3]

Oliver specializes in road racing and mountain biking. He also occasionally competes on the track, having ridden in the individual pursuit at the 2025 UCI Track Cycling World Championships.[4]

His brother Craig is also a professional cyclist.[5]
