Bartho Ndubuisi Okolo, is a Professor of Microbiology who served as the 13th Vice Chancellor of the University of Nigeria. He was preceded by Professor Osita Chinedu Nebo and succeeded by Professor Benjamin Chukwuma Ozumba. .[1][2]
