The Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1913 (3 & 4 Geo. 5 c. 20) was an act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom that consolidated enactments related to bankruptcy in Scotland.

Section 191(1) of the act repealed 13 enactments, listed in the schedule I to the act.[1]

Subsequent developments
The whole act was repealed by section 75(2) of, and schedule 8 to, the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1985, which came into force on 1 April 1986.[2]
