Bambusa basihirsuta is a species of bamboo in the family Poaceae.[1][2][3][4][5]

Distribution

Bambusa basihirsuta is endemic to Guangdong and Zhejiang provinces of China.[6][7]

Description

Bambusa basihirsuta has 3 lodicules, all membranous and ciliate. It has anthers that are 7 mm long. It has 2 to 3 stigmas. It can grow to a 700โ€“1200 cm in height, enabled by a 60โ€“90 mm diameter woody stem.[8]
