Balance is the debut album by Canadian hip hop group Swollen Members.[3][4] It was released on the Battle Axe Records label. The album reached No. 40 on Canada's Alternative Albums chart in 2001.[5] It has sold 41,000 copies since its release, earning it gold status in Canada.[6] Guest stars include Del tha Funkee Homosapien, Saafir, Dilated Peoples, Everlast, and Son Doobie. The album won the 2000 Juno Award for Rap Recording of the Year.[7]
