Babiana symmetrantha is a geophytic, perennial flowering plant in the family Iridaceae.[1][2] The species is endemic to the Northern Cape. It occurs on the Langeberg between Kliprand and Loeriesfontein; it is part of the Hantam Karoo vegetation. There is only one population.[3]
