Babiana cedarbergensis is a perennial flowering plant and geophyte belonging to the genus Babiana and is part of the fynbos.[1] The species is endemic to the Western Cape and occurs in the Cederberg Mountains. It has a range of 465 km2 and there are ten subpopulations. The plant is considered rare.[2]
