Aysun Erge (born 18 November 1993) is a Turkish freestyle wrestler. She won the silver medal in the women's 53 kg event at the 2018 Mediterranean Games in Tarragona and the bronze medal at the 2016 World University Wrestling Championships in Çorum.[1][2][3]
Career
Erge competed internationally for Turkey in several freestyle wrestling weight classes, including 50 kg, 53 kg, 55 kg and 65 kg.[1]
In 2016, she finished seventh in the women's 53 kg event at the 2016 European Wrestling Championships. Later that year, she won the bronze medal at the 2016 World University Wrestling Championships in Çorum.[1][2]
In 2018, Erge finished fifth at the 2018 European Wrestling Championships in the women's 53 kg event. She later won the silver medal in the same weight class at the 2018 Mediterranean Games in Tarragona.[1][3] She won the silver medal at the 2018 Yasar Dogu Tournament in Istanbul in the women's 65 kg category.[1]
