Avature is a privately held company that is a cloud-based human capital management software through a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model. The company is incorporated in London, United Kingdom, with affiliates operating in the United States, Argentina, Australia, Germany, Spain, and China.

History

Dimitri Boylan, co-founder and former CEO of HotJobs, founded Avature in 2005 as a recruiting outsourcing service provider.[1] The company first launched Avature CRM, a customer relationship management system for talent acquisition.[2]

In 2012, Avature sold its recruiting services businesses to Korn Ferry.[3]

Avature offers an applicant tracking system (ATS). In 2023, the company announced the launch of its HR Case Management solution for HR service delivery.[4]

In 2020, Avature ranked No. 55 of the "Top 100 Software Companies" by The Software Report.[5]

In December 2025, Avature partnered with the BWT Alpine Formula One Team as its official AI platform partner for Human Capital Management.[6]
