Apomempsis densepunctata is a species of beetle in the family Cerambycidae. It was described by Stephan von Breuning in 1939.[2][3] It is known from Gabon, the Democratic Republic of the Congo,[2][3] and the Republic of the Congo.[2] Its type locality is Arebi, Haut-Uele, DCR.[1]
Apomempsis densepunctata measure 9–11 mm (0.35–0.43 in) in length.[2]
