Anthony (Tony) V. Lupo is an American attorney[1] and chair of ArentFox Schiff.[2] He has testified before the United States Congress.[3] Since 2021, Lupo has served as chair of ArentFox Schiff, leading[4] the firm into the Am Law 100[5] with the 2022 merger with Schiff Hardin[6] and overseeing initiatives related to artificial intelligence.[7]

Career

Lupo founded ArentFox Schiff's fashion law practice[8] more than two decades ago,[9] expanding it to a team of 65 attorneys.[10]

As head of the Fashion and Retail Law practice, Lupo runs the Fashion Counsel blog,[11] where he writes about fashion law and interviews industry figures such as Diane von Fürstenberg[12] and Christopher John Rogers,[13] and fashion executives like Yves Saint Laurent CFO Eduardo Perez[14] and Kering Americas VP Rich Naranjo.[15][16]
