Alemannia Aachen is a women's association football team from Aachen, Germany. It forms part of the sports club Alemannia Aachen.
History
The women's and girls' football section joined Alemannia Aachen on 1 July 2009 when the women's department of FC Teutonia Weiden became part of the club.[1] In their very first season, the club won the Mittelrheinpokal with a 2–0 victory over Rot-Weiß Merl.[2]
The first women's team spent multiple seasons in the Regionalliga West, including a promotion to the 2. Bundesliga in 2014, before returning to regional competition after two seasons.[1] The club were relegated to the Mittelrheinliga in 2022 but won it in 2022–23 to return to the Regionalliga West.[3] After relegation at the end of the 2024–25 season, the first team relegated to the Mittelrheinliga.[4]
