Aktapuss is the second studio album by American rapper Akinyele.[4] It was released in November 23rd, 1999 on Volcano/Jive Records.[5] The album served as the soundtrack to the film of the same name.[6]

It was modest success, peaking at No. 64 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums.[7] It made No. 33 on the Top Heatseekers; its single, "Take a Lick", made it to No. 87 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks and No. 9 on the Hot Rap Singles.
