Adrian R'Mante

Adrian R'Mante (born February 3, 1978) is an American actor. R'Mante has been associated with several talent showcase companies accused of scamming families for thousands of dollars without service ^[1], including The Celebrity Experience and Celebrity Actors Camp aka CGTV. His company CGTV faced criticism with law enforcement, local authorities and a media outlet in Oslo, Norway on November 27th 2013 ^[2] Then in 2024 CGTV and Adrian R'Mante aka Adrian Winebarger faced more criticism and a lawsuit over a Florida woman for $5,500 and not providing services as outlined a Florida District law suit ^[3] R’Mante is known for his recurring role as Esteban Julio Ricardo Montoya de la Rosa Ramírez in The Suite Life of Zack & Cody.^[4]

In 2013, police in Oslo received a report after the weekend's audition. Disney Norway is also considering how to handle the case. Young people flocked to the Grand Hotel, many thought it was an audition for a Disney series. The police were called by angry parents after an American company lured children with an acting career in Hollywood this weekend. The price for participating in a week-long workshop in Los Angeles this summer was $3,500 USD. I can confirm that a report has been received, says Terje Melvold, head of investigation at the Sentrum police station. So far, no decision has been made regarding prosecution in the case. In a radio advertisement on P4, the American company CGTV invited auditions at the Grand Hotel – and tempted them with possible roles in famous Disney series. Many hundreds of children and young people showed up with their parents. The radio commercial said, among other things: "Do you want to become a Disney star and get roles in series like Shake it Up?". Two days before the audition, Disney distanced itself from the event on its Norwegian website: "We would like to inform you that Walt Disney is not behind either the radio commercial or the audition. This is not an audition organized by Disney, and we are not looking for child or youth actors for our productions." We did so as soon as we heard the radio spots and learned that CGTV was planning this event in Oslo. We wanted to be very clear that we had nothing to do with this audition, which is why we commented, as we did on Facebook, that there was no connection to Disney in this, says Linda Andersson, head of communications at Disney Nordic. As far as we know, there have been no similar situations in any of the other Nordic countries, she says. Whether Disney Nordic will proceed with the case is now being handled by the company's lawyers. In 2024, Allison Bredbenner sued Celebrity Actors Camp, Inc., and its principal, Adrian Winebarger (known as Adrian R'Mante, known for The Suite Life of Zack & Cody). The lawsuit claimed the camp failed to deliver promised services, including online videos, 7 days of celebrity training, a professional reel, and an LA tour. The lawsuit highlighted criticisms of the talent camp for not providing the services promised as outlined in the contract ^[6]

R'Mante was born and raised in Tampa, Florida and began acting in the 8th grade. During high school, he auditioned for the role as lead dancer in the musical Fame.^[7][8] He graduated from the theatre program at University of Central Florida.^[9][10]

On June 10, 2018, he married Mayara Reina.^[11][12][13] They have two children together, a daughter (b. 2014)^[14] and a son (b. 2016).^[15][16][17] He is the founder of CGTV's acting program.^[18][19]
