The 2026 Stanley Cup Final is the upcoming championship series of the National Hockey League's (NHL) 2025–26 season and the culmination of the 2026 Stanley Cup playoffs. It is scheduled to be held in June following the conclusion of the NHL conference finals, with a possible game seven planned to be held no later than June 21. The NHL typically announces the full schedule of the Cup Finals during the conference finals, depending on how both conference final series unfold. The team with the better regular season record will have home ice advantage in the series.[1]
Media rights
In Canada, this will be the twelfth consecutive Stanley Cup Final broadcast by Sportsnet and CBC Television in English, and TVA Sports in French. The series will also be streamed on Sportsnet+.[2]
In the United States, the series will be televised on ABC and streamed on the ESPN app. This the fifth year of a seven-year deal in which ABC airs the Finals in even years and TNT televises the series in odd years.[3][4]
