The 2026 Osun State gubernatorial election will take place on August 8, 2026,[2] to elect the Governor of Osun State. Incumbent PDP Governor Ademola Adeleke is eligible for reelection and his official campaign announcement is pending.[3] The primaries to elect candidates was held between November 24 and December 15, 2025[4]

The Governor of Osun State is elected using the first-past-the-post voting system.
