Preseason

NFL Combine

Nine Hoosiers were invited to the 2026 NFL draft Combine, setting a program record. The players invited were Fernando Mendoza, Roman Hemby, Omar Cooper Jr., Elijah Sarratt, Riley Nowakowski, Pat Coogan, Aiden Fisher, Louis Moore, and D'Angelo Ponds.^[1] Coogan, Fisher, Hemby, Mendoza, Moore, and Sarratt did not participate in any combine tests. Ponds participated in the vertical jump, jumping 43.5 inches, 2nd among 2026 participants and 4th all-time amongst cornerbacks.^[2]
