General elections are scheduled to be held in the Faroe Islands on 26 March 2026 to elect all 33 members of the Løgting.[1][2]
Electoral system
The 33 members of the Løgting are elected by open list proportional representation in a single nationwide constituency.[3] Seats are allocated using the largest remainder method.[4]
