2026 AFC Women's Asian Cup Group A

Group A of the 2026 AFC Women's Asian Cup was played from 1 to 8 March 2026,[1] with the group made up of hosts Australia, South Korea, Iran and the Philippines.[2] The top two teams, South Korea and Australia, along with third-placed Philippines (as one of the two best third-placed teams), advanced to the quarter-finals.

Points were calculated based on yellow and red cards received by players and coaches in all group matches as follows:

  • first yellow card: –1 point;
  • indirect red card (second yellow card): –3 points;
  • direct red card: –3 points;
  • yellow card and direct red card: –4 points.
