The North Carolina state tournament took place in Sylva, North Carolina from July 5–9.[2] The winner of the North Carolina state tournament advanced to the Little League Softball World Series representing the Host Region. The winner of the elimination bracket advanced to the Southeast region tournament as the North Carolina Representative.[3]
