His closest challenger, Nicholas Ukachukwu of the All Progressives Congress (APC), secured 99,445 votes (18.8%), while George Moghalu[4] of the Labour Party (LP) received 10,576 votes (2.0%).[5][6][7]

Voting took place across 5,720 polling units in 21 Local Government Areas (LGAs). Soludo won in all 21 LGAs, marking a complete sweep for APGA. Voter turnout was estimated at 22%, a notable increase from the 10% recorded in 2021.
