The 2025–26 season season is Tampines Rovers's eighth season in the Singapore Premier League, their 30th consecutive season at the top level of Singapore football and 80th year in existence as a football club. It is also the club's third season to be known as BG Tampines Rovers as part of a three-year collaboration with Thailand's BG Pathum United, until the end of the 2025–26 season.[1]
Tampines Rovers will also participate in this season's editions of the Singapore Cup, AFC Champions League Two and the ASEAN Club Championship.
Akbar Nawas returned to the club as head coach in his second stint as the head coach. He was the head coach of the club from 2016–17.
Review
The Stags began the season by defeating Lion City Sailors in a 4–1 win in the 2025 Singapore Community Shield.[2]
