The 2024–25 Liga 4 Southwest Papua was the inaugural edition of Liga 4 Southwest Papua, organised by the Southwest Papua Provincial PSSI Association (Asprov PSSI Papua Barat Daya)[1]. The competition served as the provincial qualifying round for the 2024–25 Liga 4 national phase.
A total of six teams participated in the tournament, with matches played at Stadion Bawela in Sorong. The champion qualified for the national round, which acts as a pathway toward promotion to Liga Nusantara[2].
Regulations
Clubs
- Registered PSSI member clubs or candidate member clubs approved by the provincial association.
- Club registration conducted through the online SIAP (Sistem Informasi dan Administrasi PSSI) system.
- All participating clubs competed at the provincial stage.
Players and officials
- Players born between 1 January 2002 and 31 December 2006, with a maximum of seven senior players allowed.
- Maximum of 35 registered players per club.
- Head coaches required at least a PSSI B License.
- Maximum of 10 registered officials per club.
